Also, it is possible for you to be one of the lucky ones that understood that the outsourcing of the laundry services it has more benefits to your client then the wrong impression of financial advantage that you may gain, or, it’s possible that you could be one of the lucky ones who caught “the song” that outsourced laundry service is one of the recipes for success, having the knowledge that in Europe there is not even one hotel having it’s own laundry. Regarding this, proofs can be found at Intercontinental, Radisson, Novotel, Angelo, Monte-Nelly Hotels, and so on, where the order word is “quality”, in terms that some of them have their own laundries. How is this possible, I ask you?! Surely that they “know why”. If you can’t find yourself in the two lucky ones listed above, then for sure you are one of those who know the lesson and have already problems in convincing the investor that this is the solution to bring more customers and make profit. Who knows understand what I say. There are hotel managers who want to be useful, involving in many details, giving tasks, trying many ways, making experience on the investor’s money, trying to invent solutions to reduce costs.

Not a few times, I am asked on the phone to give fast a price for washing linen. I agree! But what we wash, how much, with or without transportation, with balsam, with finishing and so on, I ask! It doesn’t know, but a price for kilo to be! Therefore, to understand who and how wants to wash the linen, we consider ourselves an alternative for those who know what a real laundry service means.
