We have the latest equipment and technologies dedicated for professional laundries made by Jensen

The tunnel washing machine 13x72kg – Jensen Senking Universal
- The tunnel washing machine with 13 washing compartments, every compartment having 72 kg;
- The time for washing in every compartment is about 2-3 minutes, resulting about 1800 kg for cycle;
- A wash cycle is made by the linen that passes trough 13 baths divided in 4 areas (pre-wash, boiling, washing, and rinsing). In those baths the temperature and the treatment with different substances it's made independently with specific programs by the type of textiles and the degree of dirt;
- The dosage of detergent and various substances is automatic; there is a perfect correlation between the timescale for each client with the help of a dosage station from Ecolab;
- 8 dosage pumps;
- Achieving the necessary temperatures for each program it’s made trough the supply with hot water and then by injection of overheated steam in the boiling compartments;
- Rinsing it’s made gradually in several baths, by gradually lowering the temperature and in this way avoiding the contraction of the textiles;
- After pressing, the linen get semi-dry in 3 dryers powered by an elevator, with strict temperatures correlated with the tunnel machine;
- The dryers automatically download the linen in a transport belt who goes to the Ironer;
- The tunnel machine has its own water purification system witch recovers 70% of the used water and also the tunnel machine can recover 60% of the temperature used for boiling;
- Daily washing capacity of 40 tons can be process with the help of only one worker;

The Jensen Ironer
- Feeding - "Logic Plus Feeder"
- Ironing - "JenRoll EXPG"
- Packaging - "Classic Folder""

- Set up by 3 modules, feeding, ironing, and packaging;
- Feeding it’s made automatic trough 4 posts where the linen is processed and controlled visually by photocells and introduced in the “JenRoll Ex” ironer;
- The ironing it’s made by passing the linen twice trough two big cylinders with a 4 meters length that allows the ironing of large linen without fold it;
- The temperature is controlled in every cylinder and it's specific for any type of textiles;
- The packaging is automatically made by 1 to 3 folds by height and 1 to 3 folds by length, depending on the sizes of the linen;
- The packed linen is brought up trough a tunnel where it can be stored as client’s specifications;
- We can monitor on-line the technical parameters of exploitation and service, for each post, monitoring can be made by us and also by the German producer;

Compressed air station – Atlas Copco

- Because the air needed for ironing gets in touch with the linen, he needs to have a very good quality. That quality is made with a battery for compressing the air with a capacity of 3 cub meters/second;
- The air is saved in a recipient of 500 liters where is controlled by a microprocessor and in the end will touch a temperature of -40 degrees Celsius, just like medicines factories;
- The control and the necessary of air are made by a microprocessor;

Central Producing Steam from “Loos”

- The steam necessary for the process of washing is assured by a boiler with forced circulation made by “Loos”;
- For obtaining a good quality steam the alimentation with water its made from a degasser where water is treated with different substances automatically with dosage pomp. The whole system of producing the steam is controlled by a microprocessor;
- The steam is collected in a distributor and trough well isolated pipes and is conduced trough consumers ;
 

Water

The necessary water for the technological process comes from two different sources, from the general supplier and from an own source (water well of big deepness). Water is collected in a intermediary boiler and then is send trough softened filters and heated in a boiler from 3 sources ( solar, steam and electrical ) and from here in an other boiler. From here the water is filtered and conduced to consumers at a temperature well defined, controlled by a thermocouple.

- is assured by a car park formed by:

All trucks have elevators for loading and downloading linen with an assurance system of load. The movements to and from our clients is controlled by tachograph and navigation systems.
